I build AI systems that actually work — then help teams adopt them without wasting money or burning out.

At hyperexponential (hx), I built the entire AI enablement programme and automation infrastructure from nothing: 11 live automations saving 25+ hours/week, 3 multi-agent systems (18 agents), and a Windsurf onboarding programme that delivered a 10-13× productivity improvement for one sales leader within 8 weeks. I founded and run hx's first structured AI adoption programme — 1:1 coaching, Claude workshops, a weekly AI Round Table, and a strategic AI briefing delivered directly to the CIO.

At LSE, I won the MISDI Code Camp as a solo developer against 10+ teams — building a multi-model ensemble for content moderation with 94%+ accuracy. I reached Top 4 in Visa's Sprint Week with a disaster response platform.

Before tech, I managed five private equity funds ($1.5B AUM) at SEIC, built fraud-detection analytics at Bank of Ireland, and redesigned a Salesforce CRM serving 1,000+ users at EPIC.
